The Cambodia Association of Securities Firms (CASF) is the national association representing securities companies in Cambodia. It works closely with the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia to support the development of the country’s securities market.

Our Profile

The Cambodia Association of Securities Firms (CASF) is representative the only national association, represented all securities companies in the Kingdom of Cambodia and recognized by the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC).
The Cambodia Association of Securities Firms (CASF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement and development of the securities market in Cambodia. CASF organized from Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) in 7th August 2023 and registration from Ministry of Interior in 19th July 2023.

Our Mission

The mission of CASF is to promote and develop the securities sector in the Kingdom of Cambodia, carry out activities by having a close cooperation and role as a communication channel with SERC.

Our Objective

1. Promote ethical securities business practices among members in compliance with existing laws and regulations.
2. Encourage the implementation of laws and regulations within the securities sector and related fields among members.
3. Enhance operational efficiency by establishing fair business practice standards among members.
4. Keep members updated on developments and challenges through monitoring and disseminating relevant laws and regulations in the securities sector.
5. Promote public education and dissemination of information regarding current laws and regulations in the securities sector.
6. Elevate professional standards of member personnel through training programs and experience sharing.
7. Provide recommendations and advocate policies to the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) and related institutions to foster sector development.
8. Enhance communication, coordination, and consensus-building among members.
9. Represent the collective interests of members in interactions with external individuals or institutions.
10. Participate in activities that support the objectives outlined in these statutes.
